Zinfandel Room - LEASED

Zinfandel - A versatile grape grown mainly in California where it produces whites, rosés and big, tannic reds.

Size: 6sqm - ideal for one person

Furnishing - L-shaped desk, executive chair, white board, rubbish bin, telephone handset. An intimate space representing great value for money.

Tokay Room - LEASED

Tokay - A famous, usually sweet white wine of Hungary, made from the Hungarian Furmint grape. The wine derives its name from the Tokaj district of northeastern Hungary. Though some Tokay is dry, the finest version, Tokaji Aszu, is made from late-ripened grapes affected by Botrytis cinerea, a mold that concentrates grape sugars and flavours into honeylike sweetness.

Viognier Room - LEASED

Viognier - The Viognier white grape variety was rescued from near extinction just a few decades ago and is now one of the hottest varietals going around. Sometimes described as a cross between Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blan this varietal is often described as having aromas of flowers, stone fruit and spices.

Size: 10.5sqm - one to two persons

Offers great views over Ballinger Street with ample room for storage and to meet up to two clients.

Grenache Room - LEASED

Grenache - A grape which flourishes in hot climates, the Grenache is grown in the South of France, Spain, North Africa and California. In the Rhone Valley it is an important component of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It also produces the rose wines of Tavel and Lirac, and in the Roussillon area of south-west France, the sweet fortified wine, Banyuls.

Size: 9sqm - one to two persons
Furnishings - One L-shaped desk, one standard desk, executive chair, white board, rubbish bin, telephone handset and space for filing cabinets or client chairs. Our prestigious corner suite with views over leafy Buderim Village.

Hermitage Room

Hermitage - Is a French wine Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) in the northern Rhône wine region of France south of Lyon. It produces mostly red wine from the Syrah grape, however small quantities of white wine are also produced from Roussane and Marsanne grapes.

Size - 8sqm - one to two persons
Plenty of room for one or two desks or one desk and a small meeting table for two clients. Spacious enough for filing cabinets and the option to expand into our Malbec and Bordeaux workstation area.

Bordeaux & Malbec (Workstations) - LEASED

Bordeaux - Wines blended from two or more of the traditional Bordeaux grape varieties. The most common red Bordeaux varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petite Verdot and Malbec. White Bordeaux varieties include Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle.

Flexible spaces that can be used as workstations, a meeting room or an interview room. Each workstation includes a desk, internet access, ergonomic chair, telephone and access to our kitchen facilities.

Syrah & Dolcetto

Syrah - The foundation of many deeply colored, robust wines, the grape yields some of the finest wines of the Cotes du Rhone, such as Hermitage, St Joseph, Cornas and, when blended with other grapes, Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It grows well in other warm climates such as California, South Africa and Australia, where it is known as the Shiraz or Hermitage grape.

Dolcetto - A black wine grape variety widely grown in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy. The name means "little sweet one", though it is nearly always a dry wine. Dolcetto wines can be tannic and fruit driven with moderate levels of acidity.

Flexible spaces that can be used as workstations, a meeting room or an interview room. This is a unique space with balcony access overlooking Buderim Village. Each workstation includes a desk, internet access, ergonomic chair, telephone and access to our kitchen facilities.

Noble Room (Boardroom)

'Noble Rot' is a fungal infection caused by Botrytis Cinerea. The infection in essence sucks water from affected grapes, producing shriveled, moldy grapes that turn your stomach to look at yet surprisingly lead to some of the world's best dessert wines, including French Sauternes and Hungarian Tokaji Aszú.

Size - 16sqm - accommodates up to ten people boardroom style
Modern and stylish with plenty of natural light and views over Buderim Village. Our Noble Room comes fully equipped with 42 inch fully integrated plasma screen, teleconference facilities, whiteboard, flipchart and comfortable ergonomic executive chairs.  Tea and coffee is readily available.
