1. How much does it cost?
Our serviced offices come fully equipped and ready to move into with a simple weekly rental. Your only additional costs are phone, internet and printing - all of which we offer at competitive prices and you only pay for what you use. Pricing for our Serviced and Virtual Offices are on application as we like to ensure you receive the right package for your needs. 2. What type of business uses a serviced or virtual office?
Our clients come from a range of industries and backgrounds, whether you are wanting to upsize from your home office or downsize from a larger office, we cater for all types of businesses.
3. What support can you offer us?
We offer full secretarial services, meeting co-ordination, catering and IT help services. A full list of the services we offer is available from our reception.
4. What network speed is available in the offices and Boardroom?
We use the fastest broadband that is available in Buderim - Wireless broadband ADSL2 1.5Mbps - 20Mbps
5. Is there a standard rate per month?
Yes for our serviced and virtual offices are based on weekly rates and will be based on your individual requirements. Rates for our workstations and meeting room are charged hourly, these rates are available from reception on request.
6. Will I be required to sign a lease?
The short answer is No. A Serviced Office avoids lengthy, confusing and expensive lease agreements. We only require that you sign a Licence Agreement which is easy to read and does not incur any legal fees or stamp duties.
7. Can I access my office after hours / when reception is closed?
Yes, after hours access can be arranged.
